Call Forwarding

Have important calls follow you wherever you are!

The Call Forward (All, Never, Conditional) feature allows the subscriber to forward incoming calls to a pre-registered primary destination phone number based on the following forwarding conditions:

- All (unconditional) incoming calls are always forwarded to a primary pre-registered destination phone number.

- Never forward incoming calls. i.e deactivate Call Forwarding.

- Conditional forwarding options:

- Busy is when the service is already engaged.
- No-answer is when the called party does not answer the call within a configurable time.
Unavailable is when the subsciber is unavailable or does not want to be disturbed.

Feature Operation

The nexVoice Call Forwarding feature enables subscribers to control their incoming calls with increased flexibility. The user can control this feature from various interfaces; where calls are forwarded to and the number of times your phone rings before forwarding to another number. Forwarded Calls are treated as outgoing calls.
