The NexVoice service is terminated by a customer end-device known as an Analogue Telephone Adapter that allows customers to interconnect their existing analogue handset or telephone system to our Voice Network

Office features

NexVoice Office supports standard telephony functions and offers a suite of intelligent office-style features that are implemented mostly within the NexVoice network independent of whether the ATA is plugged in or not.

NexVoice Office is currently available with the NexVoice 1.0 Feature list, that includes smart features such as Call Waiting, Caller ID Display/Blocking and Call Forwarding.

NexVoice Office is developed to deliver customers substantial cost-savings through FREE on-network calls and competitive off-network call-rates. Delivering a suite of smart voice features, small business will be able to leverage functionality and smarts that were once reserved for the top-end of town. Enriching the customer’s experience in voice communications, NexVoice Office provides simple access via a web-interface to manage call settings and activate call-features. NexVoice guarantees to change the way of voice communications in business.

Service Call-Types

The NexVoice service allows On-Network and Off-Network Calls. The following Call Types are possible:

  • local calls
  • national calls
  • mobile terminating calls
  • international calls
  • voice operator service calls
  • directory assistance calls
  • paging and data services
  • smart numbers (1800/13/1300), and
  • emergency calls
Service Voice Quality

Subscribers can choose between a range of Voice Codecs that allow for improved voice-quality or improved bandwidth utilisation on their broadband connection.
