The Nexvoice Service Availability tool is based on an automated evaluation of data provided by the Australian Communications and Media Authority and information provided by the end user. Nextep Broadband will to the best of its ability assess whether a NexVoice service can be made available at the same location where a Primary Telephone service already exists but does not guarantee and accepts no responsibility in the event that the suggested service cannot be delivered to the end-customer. Nextep Broadband reserves the right to revoke a service to adhere with industry regulations and where the service is not viable for Nextep Broadband.
